1. About Us
Sorela Studio is an independent online boutique offering curated skincare, wellness, and lifestyle essentials. We are a real, operating business — not a dropshipping middleman. All orders are processed by our team and shipped with tracked delivery worldwide.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order. By checking out, you confirm the payment method belongs to you and the shipping information you provide is accurate.
3. Orders & Pricing
All prices are shown in US dollars unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, refuse or cancel any order (including for suspected fraud, resale, or shipping restrictions), and limit quantities. An order confirmation email is an acknowledgement, not an acceptance — the sale is final once payment clears and the item ships.
4. Payments
Payments are processed securely by PayPal. We accept Apple Pay, debit cards, Visa, and PayPal. We never see or store full card numbers. If a payment is reversed or charged back without contacting us first, we may cancel any related orders and restrict future purchases.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders ship within 24 hours on business days. Estimated delivery is 10–14 days worldwide with tracking. Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or incorrect addresses are outside our control. Any duties or import taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
6. Returns & Refunds

7. Intellectual Property
All content on solerify.shop — photography, copy, layout, logo, and brand marks — is owned by Sorela Studio or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, resell, or repurpose our content without written permission.
8. Acceptable Use
Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at scale, submit fraudulent orders, or use the checkout to launder funds. Violations may result in cancelled orders, refunds withheld pending investigation, and reports to the relevant payment processor or authorities.
9. Product Information
We work hard to display accurate colors, materials, and dimensions, but slight variation is normal on natural and handmade items. Product photography is representative, not a contractual guarantee.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sorela Studio's total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the item in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Privacy
We collect only the information needed to process your order and provide support (name, email, shipping address, order history). We do not sell customer data. Payment details are handled entirely by PayPal.

We may update these terms as our business or applicable law evolves. The "Last updated" date above will always reflect the current version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.
